Full Exterior Strata Building
An apartment building we fully repainted, along with the covered car park at the rear of building. This was fully completed under three weeks!
The company that hired us was very happy with the completion timing and quality of work.
Apartment Building
This was a full repaint of an older apartment building, turned out much more modern and fresh after painting!

Strata
This was a full repaint/color change for a 5 unit strata complex in Kitsilano. We also replaced portions of siding/fascia/and trim through carpentry work that were rotting beforehand.

This project was a full repaint for a 4 unit strata, with two garages at the rear, and 3 sets of decks.

Retirement Home
This building is a large retirement home, we painted all of the trim, railings, doors, and stucco soffits around the property.

Exterior Office Space/Pharmacy
This project was two businesses attached to each other, going from a deep brick red color to a pure white stucco/black trim.
We used a full elastomeric paint for this to ensure the stucco would last for years to come, and be protected by all weather.
Commercial Building
Here is an office building on Bowen Island that was repainted.
